🪑 Move Outdoor Furniture & Decor
Please move patio furniture, planters, grills, toys, and decorations away from the areas being cleaned. This gives our team clear access and protects your belongings from overspray.
🪟 Close All Windows & Doors
Make sure all windows and doors near the cleaning area are fully closed. This prevents water from entering your home during the service.
🚗 Move Vehicles
If we are cleaning your driveway, sidewalks, or the front of your home, please move vehicles out of the work area before we arrive.
🐾 Pets & Children
For safety, keep pets and children inside or away from the work area during service. Our equipment uses high-pressure water and professional cleaning agents.
💧 Water Access
We typically connect to your outdoor spigot for water. Please make sure your outdoor water supply is turned on and accessible. If your property is on a well, let us know — we can bring our own water supply.
🔌 Electrical Concerns
Point out any outdoor electrical outlets, junction boxes, or sensitive fixtures so our team can take extra precautions around these areas.
Do I Need to Be Home?
You do not need to be home for most pressure washing services. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a working water source, our crew can complete the work while you are away. We will communicate with you before and after the job so you know exactly when we arrive and when the work is complete. If you prefer to be home, that is perfectly fine too.
Preparing for Specific Services
🏠 Before House Washing
Close all windows and doors. Move any items hung on the exterior walls (decorations, flags, hanging plants). Cover or move delicate outdoor furniture. Let us know about any areas with damaged siding, loose trim, or recent paint that might need special care.
🏗️ Before Roof Cleaning
If possible, clear any large debris from your roof (branches, leaves). Make sure gutters are accessible. Let us know if there are any known roof damage areas, loose flashing, or recent repairs. We will inspect everything before we start and use our safe no-pressure soft wash method on all roof types.
🛣️ Before Concrete Cleaning & Sealing
Remove vehicles, planters, and furniture from the concrete surfaces being cleaned. Point out any areas with heavy staining, oil spots, or specific concerns. If we are sealing after cleaning, keep foot and vehicle traffic off the surface until the sealer has fully cured — we will give you specific timing based on the product and conditions.
🪟 Before Exterior Window Cleaning
Remove window screens if accessible. Move furniture or items away from exterior window areas. Close all windows. If you have any windows that are cracked, have broken seals, or are particularly fragile, let us know in advance.
🏢 Before Commercial Pressure Washing
Let tenants, employees, or customers know about the scheduled service. Move any outdoor signage, displays, or equipment from the cleaning area. Make sure entryways can be temporarily blocked if needed during cleaning. Coordinate with our team on the best timing to minimize business disruption.
Weather & Scheduling
We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you if rescheduling is needed due to rain, storms, or other unsafe conditions. Light rain typically does not affect pressure washing, but heavy storms or high winds may require us to reschedule for safety and best results. If a delay is needed, we will work with you to find the earliest available date.
What to Expect After Service
✅ House Washing Results
Your siding will look dramatically cleaner immediately. Some surfaces may take a day or two to fully dry and show final results. Our soft wash solution continues working after we leave, killing any remaining organic growth at the root.
✅ Roof Cleaning Results
Black streaks and visible algae are removed during the service. Some deeper staining may continue to lighten over the next few weeks as the cleaning solution works. Results typically last one to three years depending on environmental conditions.
✅ Concrete Cleaning & Sealing Results
Cleaned concrete shows immediate results. If sealed, keep traffic off the surface for the recommended curing time. Sealed concrete will have a clean, protected finish that resists stains and weathering for an extended period.
✅ Window Cleaning Results
Windows will be streak-free and crystal clear immediately. Pair your window cleaning with a house wash for the complete exterior transformation.
