Surface Evaluation
We start by inspecting every surface on your property — siding type, roof material, concrete condition, staining severity, and any areas that need special attention. This evaluation determines the cleaning method, water temperature, pressure level, and cleaning agents we use.
Method Selection
Based on our evaluation, we choose the right approach for each surface. Hard surfaces like concrete get high-pressure cleaning. Delicate surfaces like siding and roofs get our safe soft wash method. We never take a one-size-fits-all approach.
Property Preparation
Before we start, we protect your landscaping, cover sensitive areas, close or seal openings, move accessible furniture, and set up our equipment. We also check water access — and if you are on a well, we bring our own water supply.
Professional Cleaning
Using commercial-grade equipment — including both hot and cold water units — we clean every surface with precision. Soft wash solutions are applied at low pressure for delicate surfaces. High-pressure water is used on durable surfaces like concrete and brick.
Rinse & Detail
After the primary cleaning pass, we thoroughly rinse all surfaces to remove cleaning solution residue. We detail around windows, doors, trim, and edges to make sure nothing is missed and every area looks clean and uniform.
Final Walkthrough
Before we leave, we walk the entire property with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. We check every surface, answer any questions, and make sure the job meets our standards and yours. We do not leave until the job is done right.
When We Use Pressure Washing vs. Soft Washing
Choosing the right cleaning method is one of the most important decisions on any job. Using the wrong method can damage your property. Here is how we decide.
🔵 Pressure Washing (High-Pressure Water)
Used on hard, durable surfaces that can withstand force — concrete driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, parking lots, brick, and stone. Our hot water units are especially effective on grease, oil, gum, and heavy commercial buildup.
🟢 Soft Washing (Low-Pressure + Cleaning Solution)
Used on delicate surfaces that would be damaged by high pressure — vinyl siding, aluminum siding, wood, stucco, painted surfaces, roofs, and gutters. Our soft wash kills mold, mildew, algae, and bacteria at the root for longer-lasting results.
How We Protect Delicate Materials

We never use high pressure on siding. Our soft wash method uses calibrated low-pressure water with biodegradable cleaning solutions that clean without stripping paint, cracking panels, or forcing water behind your exterior.
🏗️ Roofs & Shingles
High pressure destroys roof granules and voids warranties. We exclusively use no-pressure soft washing on roofs — applying professional cleaning agents that kill algae, moss, and lichen at the root without disturbing a single shingle.
🌿 Landscaping & Plants
We pre-wet and protect all landscaping before starting. Our biodegradable cleaning agents are safe for plants, and we rinse all vegetation thoroughly after the job is complete.

We take extra care around windows, light fixtures, electrical outlets, and other delicate areas. Our team knows how to clean effectively while protecting every part of your property.
What to Expect on Service Day
✅ Arrival & Setup
Our crew arrives on time with fully equipped mobile units — including hot and cold water pressure washers, soft wash systems, and all necessary cleaning agents. We set up efficiently and begin prepping the work area.
✅ During the Job
We work section by section, using the appropriate method for each surface. You do not need to be home for most services, but we are always available to answer questions if you are on-site.
✅ Cleanup & Walkthrough
When the job is done, we clean up our work area, remove all equipment, and perform a final walkthrough. We make sure every surface is clean, every area is rinsed, and you are completely satisfied before we leave.
